No eggs in the breakfast, buffet breakfast not upto the mark, open parking

I must say I am in awe with the team there they are all so courteous and kind. The food is amazing inspite of being a complete vegetarian hotel (which I didn’t know when I booked🙈) The restaurant and desk team is too good!

Cleanliness

Slow kitchen service...took too long to deliver order for in-room dining...food was ok...no egg/non veg...it was a vegetarian place...so we were devoid of eggs too...house keepers did only what they were told...didn't fill up the empty soap dispenser on their own

Very clean, spacious,nice, comfortable, and well maintained rooms with very good and quiet ac. Great chef cook, very adaptable and creative with special orders which are not on the menu. Very sweet, attentive, professional, and helpful staff, especially Chandrakant and Tejas from the reception, but also all others. Generally a great hotel with very good value for money.

The lady at the reception who seemed to be the front desk manager felt very judgmental and rude when I asked for their best price, which she didn’t give, and then immediately wanted me to pay for the first night, which also felt very unpleasant and mistrustful. Therefore second night we booked via booking.com and she then asked me to cancel again, which I didn’t. As a result she then didn’t book us the taxi to the airport as promised, and after we left she reported our stay as no show and no pay, as she obviously didn’t want me to write a review on her unfriendliness. Without her I would have given our stay a 10.

It will be better if they charge ₹50/ more per day & provide tv channels. Atleast those free channels of news. Its in Maharashtra so they should provide marathi channels. Let them charge for it.
