Waited in the reception for a long time for the bags. Service is slow.

"Very good hotel but could be better."

Rooms were spacious. Food excellent.

There were no facilities for driver & when asked, the staff was not at all helpful. Also, when we reached the hotel, it had rained a little & the entrance to the hotel was totally mudsoaked. Staff was not very friendly.
