Sehr freundlich, ruhig , und die Lage war super

Petit déjeuner correct mais pas de pâtisserie pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas manger de produits trop salés

Lors de notre arrivée pour notre deuxième séjour l’équipe n’était pas là même! Personne pour nous aider aux bagages ni nous guider vers notre chambre. Et surtout dans la réservation était compris une place au garage pour notre véhicule. Ce jour là il a fallu insister pour que quelqu’un prenne en charge notre voiture et grosse surprise notre voiture a été garée dansla rue. Alors que d’autres véhicules sous nos yeux étaient descendus dansla rue le garage. Je trouve cette manière d’agir non conforme aux valeurs d’Hilton !!! Heureusement le lendemain matin l’autre équipe était de retour. Dommage pour votre image de marque.

Although most of the staff didn't speak English, they were very helpful and worried about the guests. They always made you feel really welcome. The wifi was excellent, the breakfast very good, inside the room you had all sort of amenities. The Havaş bus from the airport stops behind the hotel and you can take it back at the same stop.

Location is not so close to the city center. There's a tram passing in front of the hotel, but you need a card to top it up, so it's useless for tourists. Anyway, a 30 min walk takes you to the center. In the opposite direction there's the Mosaic Museum, also 30 min walking.

Отель очень понравился. Везде чисто, в номерах все работает, мебель, кровати, постельное белье, подушки, все в отличном состоянии. Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный, можно делать вафли. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Разрешили нам остаться в номере до 14.00 без доплаты, т.к. мы не успевали вернуться в номер после забега, на который мы приехали. За это огромное спасибо!

все было отлично. Разве что не хватило ватных палочек и ложечки для обуви, но это мелочи.

ビデが壊れていたのと、冷蔵庫があまり効いていなかったです 所々メンテナンスが必要だと思います バレーパーキングの際にレンタカーのタッチパネルを触られてしまいカープレイができなくなってしまい結局車のディーラーに行かなければなりませんでした 3時間時間をロスしてしまいました 勝手に触らないでほしかったです
