The best choice in Waisai, everything is very clean, comfortable bed, very good food. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace. The owner helped us organize a trip to the blue river for a good price

Pedro is amazing. He met me at the ferry terminal and took me to his guest house. The room was spacious with ensuite bathroom and Aircon which was incredible for the price. It was very clean, had a wonderful communal area with a library, tea, coffee and water station, and deck with a fantastic view back to town. Breakfast and dinner were included which was an added bonus. Pedro helped organise transport to the blue river which was very convenient and well priced and was very helpful with information about the area. And he even dropped me to the ferry when I left! Incredible service. Everything was amazing for a quick stopover in Waisai. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Pedro!

Gorgeous sunset view from the veranda, comfy bed, working AC. Basic food but always enough and was always tasty. The host was so helpful organising a tour to the forest to see the red paradise birds and letting us borrow a motorbike to get there. Not a lot going on especially if you can't/are not prepared to drive, but overall a great stay!

Great place to stay in Waisai, I stayed one night for layover en route to homestay on Gam Island. The 2 rooms are both clean and comfortable and as presented online. Pedro is a great host - super friendly, happy to set us up with a Birds of Paradise Tour in town.

Would just note that location is a bit distant from any shops / restaurant - about 20 minutes by walk. That said, Pedro cooked dinner and was always happy to set us up with a scooter to borrow or a quick taxi / scooter ride.

A bit far away from the center

Great location with ocean view from the terrace. Pedro (and his family) is a friendly host and try to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast and diner are included. Simple but good. It´s a bit far from the city but we liked to be between the local people who are so friendly as well. On the terrace you have books about Raja Ampat and even binoculars so you can watch the birds. Ask Pedro to rent a motorbike and explore this island as well before you go to one of the other island for your (probably) dive or snorkel experiences. This island is more than just a transfer stop for one day.

Pedro is a kind host and super helpfull. We stayed one night before leaving to the islands and this was a great spot. Air-conditioning, shower, beautiful scenery, and they even provided dinner for us! Definitely recommend this place.

everything was very good, the room and premises are clean and new. The view from the terrace is very beautiful. The family is very kind and helped us if we needed. They can pick you up and take you back to the port. The air conditioning works well.

Beautiful stay in a suggestive structure surrounded by nature. Very clean facility. We were welcomed by a very welcoming family, very willing to meet our needs. The host Pedro was able to give us excellent suggestions for our travels, even outside Waisai, speaking the English language very well. Excellent view, excellent structure in the traditional context of Papua, we celebrated the birthday as if we were at home, and prepared the typical traditional dish with the hosts: Papeda! Highly recommended, we will be back!
