Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful and very comfortable rooms. For sure one of the best places to stay in Cagliari. Delicious breakfast in the café downstairs. Nice location, close to the city centre and good connections to the beach.

This was a very pleasant place to stay, in fact one of the most comfortable stays I have had anywhere. Laura, the owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is very convenient, an easy walk from the train station, and much easier than lugging suitcases up steep hills to a B&B in the historic centre. Everything in the room was tasteful and good quality. It was quiet for sleeping. Laura gave us a voucher for a nice breakfast at a nearby cafe. I would happily stay at the Casa Obia again if I return to Cagliari.

The owner is wonderful. Speaks english although we knew Italian. She accommodated all our requests without any issues. Place immaculate. Super clean and new immaculate bathroom. Very quiet room.

Great location, in the city centre. Big room, very clean, great staff. Easy to find a parking spot in the surrounding roads. Will stay again!

Tasty breakfast in super cafe nearby. Great coffee. Host is super nice and helpful - perfect guide through city, travels nearby, places to visit. Explaining local transport. Helping with luggage storage. Laura - thank you a lot !
