Primosten Sunhill Deluxe Apartment Lea

10/10 – Simply Perfect! Our stay at Sunhill Resort in Primošten was beyond amazing! The apartment and the entire building are stunning – super modern, spotlessly clean, and built with high-end materials. The pool is absolutely beautiful and ideal for relaxing. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming – we felt truly cared for from the first moment. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to coming back next year. If we could give more than 10 stars, we would! Highly, highly recommended!

Schon vor unserer Anreise war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Dragana besonders freundlich und herzlich, sodass wir bereits voller Vorfreude auf unseren Aufenthalt waren. Und sie hat schlicht nicht zu viel versprochen. Wir waren vom ersten Moment begeistert. Wir wurden herzlich vor Ort empfangen, mit einer Flasche Wein, hatten einen super Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Das Apartment ist absolut hochwertig und in einem perfekten Design ausgestattet. An Sauberkeit ist es nicht zu übertreffen. Alles ist perfekt sauber. Das Bett ist extrem bequem und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Der Balkon gleicht einem nach draußen verlagerten Wohnzimmer. Er ist mit hochwertigen Sunbeds und Loungemöbeln ausgestattet. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf Primošten und das Meer kann nicht besser sein. Die Lage oberhalb von Primošten ist exzellent. Es ist ein schöner Spaziergang runter zur Stadt und auch zurück ist der Weg kein Problem. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Primošten werden wir wieder dieses Apartment der absoluten Extraklasse wählen. Dragana und Giovanna, wir sagen Danke für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal…

Clean, modern and everything as described

There is a lot of building work happening around the property but it was not too noisy and did not spoil our enjoyment

The apartment was beautiful and was fitted out to a very high standard.

There are other apartments still being built so there was a lot of building noise, but other than that no problems.

A wonderful, spacious, modernly finished and fully equipped apartment with a beautiful view of the area. Each room has air conditioning, a comfortable bed, spacious wardrobes and a TV with access to various platforms, e.g. Netflix. The pool is large, equipped with hydromassage jets, often cleaned and easily accessible from the apartment's terrace. A parking space in the underground garage is also convenient. We were wonderfully welcomed by Mrs. Snjezana and her husband - always helpful and smiling, to whom we thank and greet warmly :) A surprise was also waiting for us in the apartment - fruit and a bottle of wine :)

Apartment was clean and modernly furnished, everything was new. Meanwhile ( until they reach the building in front of the apartment ) there is a nice view of the sea from the wonderful pool - the pool contains several water jets.

Although the accommodation is very tasteful and modern, I feel that this type of accommodation should only be for adults. I know that there must be rules everywhere, but here someone clearly sued another, example: once we lay on other sunbeds for a while and the next day we were reprimanded for it, or once my son (3 years old) peed on the plants next to the pool and Mr. from the 2nd floor he showed me a very tasteful theater. He also jumped into the pool a few times and in a few days the conditions were given on how to behave in the pool.

The apartment is very nice, modernly furnished, has a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the whole of Primošten. The apartment is fully furnished, including a modern kitchen with a built-in dishwasher and a large refrigerator. The price of the apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage and a beautiful swimming pool with its own deckchairs by the pool. Communication with the owner Dragana was completely trouble-free, she accommodated us in everything. I definitely recommend this apartment, we spent a wonderful holiday there and we will definitely come back in the future.
