"Conveniently located 3 star hotel just a few steps away from one of Managua's main shopping malls."

Breakfast was delicious, the ladies serving it were kind and attentive. The lady at the reception desk was quick and effective. Unlike Camino Real, this hotel does state they are 3 stars only and we were already prepared for what to expect. Needless to say, the staff at Hotel Hex was notably better.

The room is certainly small, luckily we didn't have much luggage with us, but I can imagine it can get cramped pretty quickly if you carry more than three suitcases.

Location and staff were great.

Noisy and weak AC, no extract fan in toilet, little space to walk in two bed room, safe wasn’t working, one light wasn’t working, got change to a different room at 4 am. It was a roller coaster.
