Die Lage

Das Anmeldeprozedere war nervenaufreibend. Die verlangten vorgängig Pass und waren nur bis Mittag persönlich erreichbar.

Atenció del personal. Ubicació molt bona per visitar Palerm sense estar en zona de multituds. Fàcil accés en cotxe i servei d'aparcacotxe de confiança. Habitació molt correcta, neta i confortable.

Només diria que per esmorzar es va a un bar (un bon bar) i et donen un croissant (o similar) o un entrepà i una beguda. Tot molt bo, però potser s'agrairia una cosa més completa (fruita, etc). Però és un hotel absolutament recomanable i una bona elecció

Ubytování bylo blízko centra,vybavené,personál milý a ochotný.

Přijeli jsme do ubytování za chladného a deštivého počasí,na pokojích byla větší zima než venku,nebylo kde si usušit oblečení a boty.Ubytování jsme měli objednané,zaplacené a byli jsme v kontaktu ještě ráno v den nástupu a příjezd jsme potvrdili. K vytápění se používá klimatizace ,příjemně vytopeno jsme měli až druhý den ráno a to jsme nastavili topení na maximum.Pokoje jsou odděleny pouze sádrokartonem,tudíž je všechno slyšet,když ve vedlejších pokojích probíhají oslavy do ranních hodin,nelze se vyspat.Snídaně je velmi chudá,dostali jsme poukaz v hodnotě 3,5 Eura/osoba/den.Bufet je asi 100 metrů od ubytování. Mohli jsme si vybrat pouze jeden malý pizza koláč,nebo malou sladkou buchtu a kafe,to bylo všechno,pokud jsme chtěli něco jiného,museli jsme si to zaplatit. Takovou snídani v ceně ubytování jsme si opravdu nepředstavovali .

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. L’emplacement en plein milieu de la ville.

L’emplacement en plein milieu de la ville également puisque nous avons des difficultés pour nous garer tous les jours. Un parking est proposé à 25 euros la journée, mais finalement il est à 35 euros la journée. Nous avons été quatre jours dans la chambre et aucune poubelle n’a été vidée pendant ces jours-là, ni aucun ménage de fait.

Receptionist didn't wait for us so we have to call her. She didn't speak english. There are no parking space, they are promoting local parking dealer for 25,00EUR per night. They have water problems first day due to outdated plumbing.
