"Amazing lodge in superb location"

Fabulous location and beautiful lodge... we loved it there! The hot tub was superb also. Its within walking distance of Cartmel ... so easy to find too!

Nothing... its not cheap at £750 for a weekend- but its worth every penny - we would return for sure

I loved the accommodation it was very quiet and comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing I couldn't recommend this place enough

The views was amazing. The hot tub was nice and hot. Also the nice little cake and cream was nicely added m

The bed wasn't that comfy and the table and chairs was a little tired and worn The couch was broke.

"Very peaceful great area not as private as expected"

Very peaceful apart from the hot tub guy who randomly turns up unexpectedly but according to him he doesn’t need permission so privacy isn’t guaranteed but the venders lodge we stayed in was enjoyable and relaxing apart from the hot tub guy

Hot tub guy was a bit unexpected a knock on the door would have been a little more polite especially when women are around sunbathing and could be in the hot tub but the hot tub guy doesn’t need permission according to him
