Elhelyezkedése kiváló! Belváros közepén van, pár percre szinte minden! A lakás pár nap kikapcsolódásra, városnézésre teljesen alkalmas, mert tényleg gyalog minden közel van!

Feltétlenül 1 db légkondira szükség van szerintem, mert a nyári hőség és a nyugati fekvése miatt hamar felmelegszik a lakás. Ha pedig nyitva az ablak a szellőztetés miatt, picit azért zajos, de ez azért van, mert a belváros közepén vagyunk, és a buszok, kocsi forgalom is ott halad át. Ha zárva az ablak, akkor a zaj nem jön be. Ettől függetlenül szuper az elhelyezkedése!
