It was a very pleasant experience. I enjoy hotels that strive to pay attention to detail. For example, there was a Nespresso coffee machine with a variety of different capsules with added identification which meant I could easily choose what coffee to have in the morning. I enjoyed the sunny terrace with a direct access to our room that was near a canal with ducks. All the furniture and accessories were of fine quality and not the usual generic stuff. I truly liked this place and will gladly return if I need to go to Amsterdams (its picturesque village is about 20-30 minutes drive from the city).

Beautiful location and outlook onto the Vinkeveen with green grass, birds and water. The apartment has charm as it is a converted barn with the old wooden columns still intact.
