ZAZATheir rooms are clean
The owner doesn't pick up his phone. When the is no electricity the management doesn't put an effort for guests to get water to bath.

“The staff were okay, except for one guy who was in reception who was rude. Even the owner spoke badly; when I called about a problem with the room I was supposed to sleep in, he no longer answered my calls until another white guest who was also on vacation phoned. That is when I able to speak to him, but I had very bad stay,they don’t even speak nice with the guest, with uncomfortable bad, dirty bedding 🤮,that was very bad stay
ZANothing, worst place, disorganised, and really useless people
We had booked and paid, we then were told that there’s no space, we tried calling the host number, he just hangs up and starts being rude and didn’t assist in getting a refund. These people are scammers. They accept bookings knowing very well they don’t have rooms available.

The people who are using the kitchen are lazy to immediately clean after themselves which is not the properties fault but the people who are accomodated Please supervise the kitchen ...either make a poster on the kitchen for them to clean after use
