Se proprio vogliamo trovare un piccolo difetto.. non aver box doccia anche se la vasca ed il bagno molto bello e spazioso. Bagnetto di servizio solo con wc e lavabo.

Private and well-maintained property with beautiful green surroundings and plenty of space. The location is perfect for exploring the entire island.

The Wi-Fi connection was not satisfactory.

Well equipped, spacious house perfect for our family. Hosts Spiros and Stefanos were very helpful and welcoming. Refreshments provided upon arrival which was great. Rural location house but close to beaches, Corfu town and other areas. Good for us as we hired a car.

- Very good location, quite secluded, well separated from surroundings - Privacy - NETS on windows and doors - all of them. Very big + in my eyes. - Compact but very functional house. I liked the fact that the bedroom section was elevated by 2 steps. It made common section seem more spacious. - Almost every room (except the back one) access to balcony / terrace - Kind hosts. Responsive. Flexible. Good english. - Garage. Who needs it rly? Well, noone, rly. But we entered our car cool every day. Surprisingly useful. - Inventory security cat. Our kids liked it. Kept the house safe while we were gone. Didn't bark.

- Slightly dated, would need some love - Small ants -> if you don't want to invite them to kitchen, do not leave food on the counter. But it forced us to keep things tidy - which I see as positive. Also - it wasn't a big deal. - AC only in main room. For us it was no problem at all, in September nights were comfortable. But I can imagine in July AC in bedrooms would come handy.

Molto spaziosa e accogliente, posizione tranquilla senza vicini. Host molto ospitale e all’arrivo abbiamo trovato alcuni prodotti comuni come carta zucchero sale olio caffè ecc.

Bagni da sistemare soprattutto lo scarico. Non é presente il box doccia, ma solamente la vasca

We are very happy with our stay at Olive Garden House! Very spacious, very clean and everything you would need for comfortable stay, down to the cleaning products/shower gels and washing machine! We had wonderful communication with our hosts, the kindest people and always available to help. We loved the serenity and the privacy of the place. The location was convenient for our needs as we wanted to explore almost the entire island and the house is pretty much on equal distance from everything we wanted to see north or south, Kerkyra was only 10-15mins away and very convenient also. Additional A/C or fans may be beneficial for the bedrooms as the main A/C is in the living room but it didn’t bother us as it wasn’t that hot during our late July stay and the evenings were pleasantly cool.

The location and the size of the house is perfect for a family with 3 children. Even the smallest bedroom would be enough for a twin bed. There are only a few houses neraby, it was very rare to hear human generated noises (cars, voices, music). The garage is very usefull, the car remained cool even on the hottes days. Nearest east and west beaches are 15 minutes drive, beaches on the north or south are 1,5 hours maximum. Tavernas, shops (even a Praktiker), turist attractions are also within 15 minutes by car. Corfu city (airport, shops, tavernas, sights) maximum 20 minutes drive. In roush hours be prepared for 30-40 minutes more. :)

Since the house is in the rural area you have to accept some "specialities" (not real problems): The single air condition unit is powerfull enough to cool the house on a hot day (over 35 C outside), but you have to accept 3-4 C higher temperature in the bedrooms than the living room. Don't leave any open food (chips, bread, even salted nuts) anywhere if you don't want to share with small black ants. Sealed plastic bag or the fridge is a good solution. Since the main water pipe (connecting the house to the city water service) is running ower the ground the "cold" water on a sunny day can be hotter than the "hot" for a while. About Corfu: Navigation can misslead you, always follow the main roads of Corfu even if it seems 2-3 km longer. There are rodads for cats and donkeys only but the navigation drives you there if it is 500m shorter than the main road. :) Free parking is a nightmare in the main turist places. Instead use the pay parking places (3-5 EUR/day).
