Hotel Laxmi Palace

Location was good

Felt I was overcharged as I missed checking on the day of arrival due to a detour due to wrong location on maps. I checked in the very next day but I had to pay for the previous day as the owner insisted and for the other day too.

Good location and value for money hotel.

Everything was almost good

Hotel is very close to Sai Baba Mandir...we did not even take our footware while moving out of the room for darshan...it's that close.

The good things ends with the location. Every thing else was strictly avarage. Rooms are overpriced due to location and proximity of the temple. Almost paid 3000 for room but room was only worth 1000. For the price they quote ...they don't even give one bottle of water as complimentary. Poker faced staff.....you will have to stay on their terms.

Rooms not maintained properly, attached bathroom are not in good condition

No Room Service is availabl, we got not even the water to drink in the room, we stayed 3 days, no bathroom or room cleaning person came in 3 days, Lift was not working on 3rd day, Hotel staff was not good, they disturbs the customers for small things and instead of calling on landline or personal phone they directly ring the door bell and also enters in the room even late night when whole family is inside and now after leaving when I am asking over the whataspp to upload the GST invoice provided on the portal they are making excuses. Overall experience is very Bad.
