"Service was amazing"

The front desk staff were amazing! Every thing I asked for was received. It was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. Free coffee all day is amazing.

Well the elevators and the little area in front of them had spilled coffee all night and into the morning when we left. It was sticky and my grandma uses a walker so we were trying to avoid those parts.

The beds were extremely comfortable. So were the pillows and towels were also great.

Breakfast needs improvements, oranges served -some were rotted. Variety was very limited.

breakfast, clean

was given room with adjoining room door. next room was noisy all the time, throughout the night. Hotel said to let them know if it happens again. Well it did which was our 2nd of 2 nights stay. So they "made a note about it". I don't expect to listen to strangers talk on their cell phone all night and listen to their notification dings all night.
