Reception is super responsive. The rooms are clean, have high ceilings, and are well decorated.

The sheets had stains, and the duvet was greyish. Bed is not standard, may be short for tall people like me.

The hotel is super easy to find- on the main road and you can't miss the golden tower. The staff were all super super sweet, helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfy despite the stained sheets. We enjoyed the bathtub in the room and the water pressure in the shower was good. We also booked one of the spa packages which was at the neighboring hotel and that was wonderful. However that was due to the sister hotel and the staff over there, not so much with Anat.

There are better places to stay for the price. Our sheets were stained and when we asked for new sheets, the new ones delivered also had stains on them... The property is pretty but it feels very much like instagramable without a lot of care put into long term durability. Things in the room already looked like they were falling apart when the place I think is only a year old. Bits of plaster coming up, towel hook already pulled out of the wall, etc. Their sister hotel down the road has a much better vibe- more natural and warm. This place didn't quite hit, especially for the big price. They have photos of nice little details in the rooms like a table in the outside area, basket of towels, etc but that was missing in our room.

Everything was perfect! The bed is very cozy and comfortable. I love everything about it! And will definitely come back again

You are very much in the middle of the jungle so need to be prepared to expect the unexpected. There were various insects we encountered during our 1 night stay (frogs, tarantula, centipede). Our stay was originally 3 nights but unfortunately had to be cut short due to the number of insects which we came across. We had a tarantula in our room crawling down from the window and in the same night had a small spider which when we killed and 50+ baby spiders burst out. The property is gorgeous but the upkeep is not so, the copper bath, shower and sink showed signs of wear, rust and spots on where it had been worn.

The theme of the hotel is just mind blowing. I bet this is by far the best property in Tulum and no one can beat that. The staff is so kind and helpful. I love the style, interior, pool and the architecture.
