White House Lounge Supreme apartment

Early check in to drop off our luggage was kindly accommodated. The apartment was spacious and appeared clean. The beds were firm but comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We didn’t even use one bedroom!

The showers- one shower (over bath tub) had no shower curtain so impossible to shower without getting water all over bathroom floor. The other bathroom (with shower cubicle) the shower head was not stable so would drop to the floor. Water would leak out of the cubicle easily too so again water all over the floor. Like others have said, the door to the bathroom with washing machine inside does not close properly. We had a car and parking spot is a bit tight to manoeuvre into.

I am a superhost, and I would definately not let to book my home in this condition or I would talk about problems in the apartment if it is called "supreme". So, in the rooms there are clip on reading lights, none of whick were charged, but there was no charger anywhere. In other words, it was not possible to read in any of the 4 rooms. There are two bathrooms each with a toilet. In one of the bathrooms the bottom of the door is wet and cannot be closed, but the toilet cannot be flushed either, so in the supreme apartment there is only one bathrooms for 6 adults with toilet for a very hefty price. This apartment is overrated. Please repair the bathroom and make sure the lamps are charged and have charges for the lights in the apartment.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. It is not far from supermarkets, cafés and the inner city. The surrounding area is quiet and cozy. The owner responded very quick to all communication and was very reliable and friendly.
