Clean rooms, sufficient for our stay. Host is super helpful and always checking in. Comfortable and clean.

Busy road in front but otherwise manageable

The place was beautiful, homestay was neat and clean and the caretaker Sama was very helpful. He also helps the tourist with good site seeing and eateries. There homestay has parking,tv,wifi,beds,sofas and kitchen. Altogether it's spacious and comfortable to stay and also budget friendly

Good and Responsive Host

Good quality furnitures like large dinning table, comfortable sofas, bedding All basic amenities, cooking items were provided Hot water was available Full HD TV with many channels was a plus point

Rooms were not cleaned daily, garbage bags not changed, floor wasnt swept hence it was really untidy and bit unhygienic It is a single house, you are the only person staying there, nobody else to mingle with in the vicinity Location was far from main town, there was absolutely no view, at night going out was bit scary. There are no restaurants or eateries nearby except for one which closes by 7.45pm For breakfast we ourselves had to walk to nearby eatery, no provision was made to supply it to our rooms Lighting inside bedrooms was rather dim, not to our liking Bath towels & bedsheets, floor mats were not changed daily unlike other hotels which was bit unhygienic Only 1 car could be parked inside the premised and it was really a conjusted space

The stay was very much accessible to all the major locations in coorg city. And the location was very calm and peaceful. Special thanks to our Host Shyam for giving us such a great experience

It’s a beautiful place to stay nearby the centre of Madikeri. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Sam is a grate quide!! I recommant this place 200%
