Nice new apartment with a wonderful view and access to the sea. The host helped us with everything. Frequent cleaning, towel, bed linen change. Varied, abundant breakfast. Clean pool. I especially mention the kindness and helpfulness of the lady who cleaned and brought breakfast.

If there were more place settings, the dishwasher could be operated more economically.

Royal Bay absolutely exceeded our expectations. The apartment was even larger and nicer than in the pictures, everything was clean and comfortable, and the large terrace and views were spectacular. What we loved most of all, however, was the pool and the private sea access to the most beautiful clear sea where we could jump from the cliffs, dive, swim and explore the cave. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from booking a doctor's appointment and rescuing a lost bag from the airport, to assisting us with finding a driver with a car for 6 people. Would 100% recommend!

The entrance to the hotel could be better marked so that it is easier to find.

The best place to stay with family. Good size swimming pool and private access to the sea. Breathtaking view from balcony. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going.

The apartment was very nice, with big terrace and amazing view. Quiet location, walking distance to the promenade in Dobra Voda just 15 minutes via side streets without problem. We loved the private entrance to the sea. Breakfast was ok, but could be more diverse (always eggs with different type of vegetable). Tips: fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fresh sweet pastry, pancakes entc. Vesna was very helpful and kind, always asking if we have everything. Thank you for that. :-) Tip to improve: - the side road to the apartment from the main road could be marked, also the building could be better marked, so the searching would be easier :-) - we'd appreciate the information about the payment in cash the first day of arrival in advance We loved our stay, thank you!
