House is clean

Towel was not provided, the one available has too much stained. broken shower handle was not replaced. the pantry was not available as per the advert

The unit was clean and comfortable, it was good for a family stay. Clean sheets, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

The apartment unit parkings have very confusing indicators. There was no f2f interaction with the host, but instructions were given via pdf. However some of the guides were a hassle and not quite helpful especially for checkout. Would be great if the guidelines are revisited. Two parking bays can be provided per unit, however only 1 access card is given to enter the residential carpark. This created a bit of difficulty when travelling with older people.

Got aircond and all fasilities clean properly. Home also look tidy.

Need to walk to go to postbox to get access card. But still ok since not far away.
