The room was beautiful and comfortable

Cheap instant coffee in the room, plunger for filter coffee was broken, our room was cleaned on the Saturday at 15:00 and we were out of the room from 7:00 to 12:30 which left ample time for cleaning. We were having a rest and people knocked at our door twice to clean the room. When we arrived for breakfast on the a Sunday morning there was no one to receive us and we had to make a phone call to reception to find someone who could serve breakfast
