It was friendly and welcoming. It was warm - the weather was -3 outside There was water in the rooms There was a TV in the room The bed was really comfortable The sheets were really nice quality The bar food was good The location was great.

The bathroom is quite dated especially the bath Brown water came out of the taps when I filled the bath
