"Had a well rested vacation stay !"

Nice settings and location was great to smell that aroma from the restaurants

Washer could be more efficient and updated for easier use , also found dirty knife in the utensils drawer looks like blood

Nice small apartment in an interesting up and coming neighborhood. We had everything we needed. Our host was accessible and ready to help. Don’t miss bakery down the block for wonderful pastries. Very good value.

Host gave excellent instructions on getting to & getting into the loft. Pets welcomed. Place was nice & clean.

Only issue for this Vols fan was the Roll Tide lanyard for parking 😆

I can simply say that my stay was exeptional at Mercantile Industrial Loft! The appartment was spotless and smelled so nice! I had everything I needed in one place. It was easy for me to navigate and I felt super safe. I loved the view on the rooftop overlooking Birmingham as well as the restarurants surrounding me!
