la caldaia è fuori norma in quanto scarica i fumi in parete aderente alla finestra di rientro delle esalazioni il bagno non è ventilato il miscelatore funziona malissimo non è concepibile avere delle finestre che aprono in un portico interno comune il piano cottura aveva una copertura in vetro che probabilmente è esploso e il proprietario lo ha lasciato con una superficie pericolosa per i frammenti l'accesso è difficoltoso in quanto posto ad un livello inferiore rispetto alla quota del pianerottolo d'ingresso l'areazione naturale non è assolutamente garantita

Bathroom and floor could be cleaner. Several elements of the apartament broken or needs conservation. Those above does not affect really good overall opinion.

Si sono resi disponibili per l accesso alle 23.30, con pochissimo preavviso la sera stessa.

Appartamento molto piccolo, arredato in maniera troppo economica. Bagno minuscolo e doccia datata. Non c'è una presa per il cellulare vicino al comodino.

Great location with kitchen facilities and especially the washer. Staff communication was good even though it did not solve our problems. Many restaurants and supermarket nearby. Bed was comfortable

Hot water for shower became cold after a few minutes. Toilet was leaking. Air conditioning was very loud. Staff offered to get tradesman to come however we could not be in the room to wait for her. There were no toiletry available except toilet paper even though it had advertised it on booking.com

It was my second stay, as the apartment is perfect if you need to stay in Bari for a few days and want to be alone and relax. There are 2 TVs, a full kitchen and a washer machine. The owner, Floriana, was amazing and super nice. I feel the apartment as my home.

Floriana, the owner, was amazing. I feel like being at home. Bari is beautiful. All the main attractions are within walking distance from the apartment. Best option if you don't want to share and have your own place.
