Quiet location very private grounds

The property is very comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed during our stay and if not we were close enough to town to go get it. The sand dunes and beach are a short walk, which was really nice. There was nothing at all to dislike.

Nice location with a beautiful walk to the beach

It was chilly and rainy while there and the house was cold turned on the heaters and they never really reached the front. Two bedrooms tile and marble floor is very cold. Also, the hot water heater needs to be turned up as there was only enough hot water for one of us to shower everyone else had cold showers.

Clean, updated and quiet location.

Very quiet location, spacious house, everything high quality fairly new, well equipped, saw deer in back yard 2 of the 4 days. House manager promptly responded to messages with questions concerning the property.

No house manual to explain how anything worked. The second bathroom was small. There was a fireplace but it was not usable. There was no fan to move around air which was cool but humid. Many of the windows did not have bug screens. The sign for the street was handwritten posted on a tree so was hard to find even during the daytime. It would be very difficult if you come at night to see the sign. The description noted coastal access trail adjacent to the property, but it was a long walk over hilly sand dunes, we were a bit disappointed by that.

It is spacious. The kitchen is modern .

The bathroom sink did not seem clean, The floor mat/towels are dirty looking and stained.

It was clean and beautiful

Secluded and the deer in the back yard.

No washer and dryer.
