Casetta Sveva Bari

Obiekt położony w starej kamienicy, w spokojnej okolicy, wszędzie przemieszczaliśmy się pieszo. Świetny, zdalny kontakt z wynajmującymi:). Układ mieszkania bardzo przystępny, oddzielne pomieszczenie na garderobę, wygodne łóżko, dostępne wszelkie akcesoria (kuchenne i łazienkowe) niezbędne na kilkudniowy pobyt, widok na podwórze, gdzie sąsiadka ma kotki i żółwie :). Bardzo interesujące stare okna z okiennicami - na plus. Dostępny balkon/taras z suszarką do ubrań. Wracając do Bari ponownie wybralibyśmy ten obiekt.

Małe minusy: delikatne niedociągnięcia dotyczące czystości - miejsami pajęczyny i kurz. W mieszkaniu nie ma klimatyzacji (informacja zawarta w opisie, ale są wiatraki, które pomagają) i jest dość słabo wentylowane przez co w łazience bywa duszno i parno po prysznicu, jest wilgoć. Mało oświetlenia w sypialni.

Loud neighbors

The apartment has one bedroom and also one coach in th eliving room. Perfect view from the window to the banana tree. The location is good - not so far to the center but also quiet. The host was very helpful - when we came it was quite cold days but she gave us hints how to turn on the heating in whole apartment. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable.

The only thing that we were dissapointed a bit was that we did not notice (or it's not so visable on the pictures) that the small tarace/balcony is not exact part of the flat. You are not able to go out for example from the room or kitchen. It's inside some corridors just behind the first main doors. Take into consideration that it's still private because you have another door so nobody cannnot go there. But we thought it's possible to entrance form the room. The coach in the kitchen it's not so comfortable to sleep.

We stayed at Casetta Sveva for a week and loved the place. Great location! The apartment is very close and conveniently located to the old town, and its attractions include numerous cafes and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. There's also a small convenience store right across the road. The apartment was spotless with a fully stocked kitchen. Very friendly host and smooth check-in and check-out process. Would highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was so nice to have the French doors to open in both the bedroom and Kitchen and see some nice leafy plants after walking the streets of Bari. A lovely apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. As for the location …It was just perfect and in close proximity, walking distance in fact to the old town with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed and pillows were very comfy enabling us to sleep very well. Our host Azzurra was very helpful when I needed a Dr and was also very kind to allow us to checkout a little later. I would most definitely recommend staying here when visiting Bari.
