Needs to give best to customer basics. Cleanliness needs more attention. Cups amenities were not clean. Had to call the stall for it.

Asked for water bottle. Charging after what was given to the room, most of hotels don't charge for water or have RO water facilities for customer.

Rooms were smelly sometimes. Toilettes were not clean and Toilette jets are not in right place.

"It was strictly ok - may not visit again...."

Breakfast was good... staff were very helpful....balcony was nice and big.

The location is not the best - it overlooks a sewer pipe.... Though lots of greenery around also, which was nice.... There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and they said they cannot wipe it up..
