Address easy to find. It is located at a quite and safe area.

Towel was old and we were provided with only one towel. The blockage from the shower drainage. Duvet cover had dirty stain

I didn’t end up staying in this B&B I was moved to another one. I liked the one they ended up moving me to.

The staff was rude at The Manse. Whoever I was dealing with was very unprofessional and unpleasant. When I called to check in, she was so rude telling me I couldn’t be booked with the because they were fully booked. I told her I had booked and paid with Bookings.Com and she said she was full and dropped the phone. Imagine my horror in the middle of the night travelling with a toddler. Someone finally called back to arrange that I be sent to another B&B. The staff there was fine.

I liked the lady who was helping , she was really kind and friendly

Nothing honestly. We had an amazing stay

Affordability and the convenience of the online booking at the last minute. We had an en-suite, however kitchen was communal.

Finer details were missed. No coffee sachets in the room and an easy access 2 pin plug point.
