"Access here is a real issue, particularly if arriving/leaving by bus. You need to be fit."

This is a small apartment, everything in one room. Nice view of the lake. Recently fitted out. Warm & cosy.

Located nearer the lake than the village, so a steep climb to reach the shops & restaurants. Not easily accessible if using public transport. During our stay, there were a majority of days were no restaurants were open, so it was necessary to cook in the apartment. The kitchen area was very small but limited by the size of the apartment.

Excellent location. The cottage is so lovely, really well appointed. The kitchen is fantastic. And the view from the room is amazing! The parking is really helpful!

"The view alone .."

Very well presented studio apartment that makes best use of the space available. Perfect for an active couple looking to make the best use of the facilities in Barrea and the surrounding countryside, that is stunning. The view from the picture window is worth the price alone.

Fantastic for a couple for a shortish stay. Would need to be well organised for a longer stay or if more than two.
