I pay for a hotel room and they didn't allow me to get into a room. The person told me chance the dates but they didn't had any available. So I pay for a room and didn't wanted to gave me my money back

I was delayed due to vehicle problems. My wife and 3 kids broke down on the freeway outside of Fresno. I waited for AAA and when I arrived at the hotel, nobody came to the night window to check me in. The following day, shitty attitude and basically no credit or rain check, I was ass out. Paid for 2 nights, stayed one. Not worth it.

Everything was even better than I expected. I loved everything about this place and I would recommend it to everyone. The staff was great they treated us with respect and they were very friendly and the place was very clean and welcoming . And the price was better than anywhere in town.
There’s nothing I didn’t like everything was perfect.

The location was fine everything you could possibly need was walking distance. Staff was very nice. We came in late, but they didn’t mind very nice people. The place was clean and quiet. Just what we were looking for. I would stay there again most definitely.
There was nothing there I could say I didn’t like everything that’s great!
