This hotel blew us away - right from the moment they reached our in advance of my booking by WhatsApp to check in and make sure we had all we needed and welcome us in advance, I knew the customer service was going to be great. We had an early flight the day of our departure and a car, so we needed parking and needing to be able to access the car and check out early - other hotels have remote garages where you need to walk a km or have staff go and get your car. In chatting prior to arrival we had this all cleared up and figured our, and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Georgina who had saved a space for us right outside and knew exactly who we were without even having to say - she was incredibly friendly, welcoming and kind right from the off. I’d mentioned in passing it was our anniversary and as a result we were very kindly gifted an upgrade to a maisonette suite - which was absolutely stunning. Welcome drinks, great aircon, beautiful toiletries, every last detail thought of. I’m just gutted we arrived late and left early as I could have stayed here for a week easily! The bed was ridiculously comfortable too! On our way out for dinner we ran into the owner Sofia, who made a point of introducing herself to wish us happy anniversary, which we thought was just so sweet, and she then took time out of her evening to take us up to the penthouse suite to see the view from the rooftop - which is insane. It’s the tallest point around for miles and looks over the whole city, the sea, and over to Mount Olympus. Sofia and her husband are engineers who designed built the hotel themselves and then lovingly furnished it with high quality new things but fused with cherished family items too - the style is fantastic. Gutted we missed breakfast - this hotel has it all and the owners and staff are absolutely fantastic - every bit as high quality as the hotel itself. Highly, highly recommend a stay here - don’t hesitate!

Aile ile kalınabilecek en mükemmel otel diyebilirim. Otel sahibi olsun , çalışan personeli olsun hepsi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Odaları temiz , düzenli ve ihtiyacınız olan herşey bulunuyor. Şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde olması , etrafında market , restoran ve kafelerin çok yakın olması bizim için mükemmeldi. Bir daha ziyaret etme şansım olsa gözüm kapalı şekilde aynı yeri tercih ederim. Ailem ile çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Sigma Suites Hotel ailesine teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren als kleine Familie mit unserem 9 Monate alten Baby im Sigma – und ehrlich gesagt weiß ich gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Schon der erste Kontakt am Empfang war unfassbar herzlich und freundlich. Als wir in unser Apartment geführt wurden, waren wir direkt überwältigt von der liebevollen Atmosphäre. Besonders gerührt hat mich die kleine persönliche Aufmerksamkeit, die bereits bei unserer Ankunft im Zimmer auf uns und unseren kleinen Mann gewartet hat. Die Ausstattung für Familien mit Baby ist wirklich unschlagbar. Es war einfach an alles gedacht: Hochstuhl, Babybadewanne, Babyshampoo, Zahnbürstenset für Babys, ein süßer kleiner Bademantel und sogar ein Reisebett mit richtiger Matratze, Decke und Kissen – keine Selbstverständlichkeit! Genau solche Details machen den Aufenthalt für Eltern unglaublich entspannt und angenehm. Auch die Lounge im unteren Bereich war perfekt für Familien. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Spielecke mit viel Platz zum Krabbeln und Spielen war für unseren Kleinen ein absolutes Highlight. Beim Frühstück konnte man zwischen einem klassischen Hotelfrühstück, das am Vorabend bestellt und aufs Zimmer gebracht wird, oder À-la-carte-Gerichten wählen. Wir haben beides ausprobiert – und jedes einzelne Frühstück war frisch, mit viel Liebe zubereitet und einfach unglaublich lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das gesamte Personal. Selten haben wir so viel ehrliche Herzlichkeit erlebt. Jeder war aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich – und zwar nicht aufgesetzt, sondern von Herzen. Die Inhaberin Sofia hat ganz besonders das Herz unseres kleinen Manolis erobert. Mit so viel Liebe, Freude und Geduld hat sie mit ihm gespielt, sich Zeit genommen und uns Eltern sogar ermöglicht, unseren Kaffee einmal ganz in Ruhe zu genießen, weil sie sich einfach eine Stunde lang liebevoll mit ihm beschäftigt hat. Diese Wärme und Menschlichkeit erlebt man heute nur noch selten.
