Original setting, location in the old town but close to convenient parking. Only about 20 stairs to negotiate when walking from the parking.

Spacious with small kitchen. Good location - 5min to central square in Sassi area. Kettle all limescaled. Wrong size pods provided for coffee machone. Bath towels in need of replacing. Overall great location which more than makes up for the other items mentioned. No place to park nearby so if you have passengers and lots of luggage drop them off close by on Via Rocco Scotellaro but be careful not to go into ZTL zone. Free parking is about 10 mins walk away on Via Del Castello/Lanero.
