Nice location over the road from the beach and nice walks. Lovely accommodation with everything needed to self cater. Plenty of attractions and things to do all close with bus stop nearby.

We stayed in the apartment called BURHOU and liked it very-very much. It was spacious for the three of us, well equipped and very clean. This apartment has 4 balconies, two of them facing the sea. We watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Ed the owner is friendly and helpful. We feel lucky to spend 8 nights here!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, nur über die Straße und den richtigen Abgang finden, schon da. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist toll, wir waren zu viert und hatten richtig viel Platz und 3 Bäder, tolle Terasse mit neuen Möbeln. Das Personal ist toll. Besonders lobenswert zu erwähnen, unsere Fähre war bereits 8 Uhr in St Peter Port und wir durften bereits mittags einchecken, vielen Dank dafür!

Um den angegebenen Sternen gerecht zu werden, bedarf es mE einiger Investments. Bäder und Küche sind ganz schön abgewohnt. Die Arbeitsfläche der Küche klebt unheimlich, was kein Sauberkeitsthema zu sein scheint. In den Bädern auch mal die versteckten Ecken reinigen. Die Wohnung war direkt vor den Mülltonnen, Glasmuell wurde dort auch entsorgt, grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber am frühen Morgen leider sehr laut. Und die Müllentsorgung kam an unserem letzten Tag um 03:30 Uhr, da waren wir alle wach.

3 separate small balconies so you could not sit as a group.

tres bonne localisation. les lits sont super, l appart est lumineux et tres bien équipé.

ca manque un peu d information (equipements disponibles comme la douche dehors, l acces au bbq collectif, …) et assez impersonnel

The apartment had good facilities, The kitchen had everything I needed. The shower was powerful and warm. The staff were extremely helpful.

I don't drive so it was a 10/15 minute walk to the direct bus to St.Peter Port. There is a bus stop directly outside Waves but it goes all the way round the top of the island and they only come once per hour and later on Sundays. This isn't a complaint but worth noting for someone who isn't as fast on their feet.

The location and view are excellent. Your close enough to the shops to be handy (4min drive) but they aren’t on your doorstep. We paid the extra for the sea view and it was worth it. We got to watch the sun rise from the window at one side and set over the ocean in the windows/ balcony at the other side. One night we had a problem with noisy neighbours but the problem was sorted out as soon as possible and all the staff were friendly and approachable.

The only down side for us would be that the beds and pillows were very hard (personal choice).

Email received, before arrival, giving details on location of our apartment, which was open and keys inside. Well equipped studio for 2, with enough storage for clothes, and space to store suitcase. Clean, decent size shower and en-suite, comfortable large bed. Cereal and milk, enough for a breakfast left in the room. Fan most welcome as a couple of the nights were very warm, and the room did heat up during the very hot days that we had. Private eating area outside. Ed was lovely, on hand to sort out any issues, easy to contact. No issues with noise from any other guests. Excellent location. Chosen for bus routes around the island and to St Peter Port, and of course the beach immediately across the road. Crabby Jack's restaurant and bar a short walk, good play area for children. Vista's open until 5pm, later on the friday night as had live music playing. other restaurants a short drive away. C0-Op supermarket walking distance.
