The size of the room was fine, the bed was fairly comfortable and there was working AC, water and clean towers.

Although the room wasn't dirty per se, because of some sugar that was overlooked while cleaning, we had a little bug incident. The hotel is very old, so you need to be aware that it looks quite worn out. Also, there was a bit of noise because of the karaokes. There was no hot water in the shower.

This accommodation is comfortable, equipped with sufficient equipment for a solo stay. The position is also a plus, as it is right between two subway lines, one links to the mainline, and the other travels along Korea's eastern shore to Taehwagang station in Ulsan. Overall, the place is very excellent for its affordable price.

The surrounding area have karaoke's sound leakage, which can be a bit uncomfortable if one opens the window at night. However, since the room is equipped with an air conditioner, you can keep the window closed, and there will be very minimal noise.
