The location is a walking distance to the old part of the city

It wasn't clean enough. The bed is uncomfortable. The price is too high for that.

Sie Lage war gut. Innerhalb von 20 min konnte man in die Innenstadt laufen.

In der Wohnung war es dreckig. Am Spiegel waren Fingerabdrücke, es fehlte an einer Schublade der Griff und im Wohnzimmer lag eine Kakerlake. Das Bett war schon extrem durchgelegen, sodass man immer in die Mitte gerollt ist. Türen konnten (durch den Abstand zum Fußboden) nur sehr schwer / kaum auf bzw. zugemacht werden.

"Belle apartement bien situé"

Emplacement Parfaitement renové et equipé

L appartement est suffisament grand pour y mettre un canapé lit et ainsi permettre à une famille de 4 personnes de sejourner: ceci dit c était clair dans l annonce.

"Квартира з красивим ремонтом, але не доглянута"

Не було інтернету, в квартирі був дуже неприємний запах(на другий день знайшли його причину-в духовці була брудна таця залита водою і це все давно перетворилось на болото). Ще були таракани. Багато яких меблів треба вже полагодити(зі стільців можна впасти), а на кухні покласти чисту губку для посуду
