Clean, cozy, spacious room, nice bathroom. There is wifi, large TV, air conditioning.

Evidentemente ristrutturata da poco, la stanza era molto ampia comoda e luminosa. Un tocco molto gradito era l’ascensore climatizzato.

La struttura sorge esattamente al centro di una specie di raccordo stradale, per cui è interamente circondata da strade. D’altra parte è possibile parcheggiare all’interno, il che per Potenza costituisce senz’altro un plus.

The room was reconstructed and new. It was clean. The check in process was fast and easy.

Although the location was near the Main Street, it didn’t seem to be a nice neighborhood.

Great location, large room with lots of natural light, and big windows with shutters. Extremely clean upon arrival. One of the few B&b’s in Potenza with kitchen access. Quiet, secure accommodation, parking available on the street. Small shared kitchen with coffee machine and tea. Smart TV was a nice touch. The rooms seem recently renovated. Ample toiletries provided. Hosts very responsive on WhatsApp

The room is not cleaned during the stay (it is extremely clean upon arrival and they clean after departure for the next guest). Additional room cleaning/housekeeping and fresh towels can be purchased for 30€. The hosts were kind enough to change our towels for free and provide extra toilet paper and garbage bags. There is no sign to the B&B so it was hard to find upon arrival. The hosts were helpful via WhatsApp. One of the lights worked intermittently and we had some issues with the air conditioning at the start of our stay.

Wonderfully clean and new. This is a flat near the hospital in Potenza. The owner added en-suite bathrooms to each of the rooms and placed a master door on each of the 5 rooms. The building has an elevator and a common coffee and kitchen area. Room is equipped with a smart TV, AC mini-split unit, electric blinds, ample closet space, and a shower with excellent water pressure and boutique body wash and shampoo. Parking is available on-site. There is a gourmet restaurant on the first floor of the building.

It isn't easy to find/get to as it sits in the middle of two round abouts and the traffic noise is rather loud until about 11pm. However, for the price the value is amazing. There really isn't a front desk so make sure that you communicate with the owner as to check-in and where. They only speak Italian and I found that using Whats App was a great way to communicate with them.
