Hôte adorable et intéressant. On est arrivé après minuit au lieu de 22h, il nous attendait et on a pu discuter avec lui, puis on devait partir tôt et il était là aussi pour nous préparer un excellent café.

Ho soggiornato qui per 6 notti a metà agosto durante un viaggio in solitaria in Indonesia, in alta stagione. La guest house è comoda sia per la sua posizione un quartiere molto local, fuori dal caos del centro, sia perchè si trova a pochi minuti dalla stazione del treno che in poche fermate porta a nel centro di della città e in altre località come Bogor. La zona è molto tranquila, molto local, viette strette, tanti negozietti, mercato e un parco proprio in fronte. Ho respirato una sensazione di sicurezza, pace e tranquilla sin dal primo momento che sono arrivata. La signora mi ha accolto con un sorriso e un abbraccio come fossi sua figlia! Per soggiorni lunghi: dotata di cucina utilizzabile, molto pulita, abbastanza fornita, una zona comune comoda, ci si sente come in casa. La stanza era pulita spaziosa, con letto grande e comodo, aria condizionata e ventilatore, un bagno comune, pulito con doccia tipica! (Fantastico docciarsi tirandosi addosso cubi di acqua!) Wi-Fi abbastanza buono anche per lavorare, staff molto disponibile e gentile. Solo una cosa se prenotate per booking.com e in loco decidete aumentare le notti chiedere conferma dei prezzi. A me non hanno detto niente e all'ora di pagare il prezzo era leggermente superiore (parliamo di centesimi vista la conversione Rupia Euro.. pero...) In ogni caso sono stati gentilissimi visto che ho avuto un ritardo lunghissimo del volo così anziché arrivare la notte precedente sono arrivata la mattina, e nonostante la mia prenotazione con bookin non era cancellabile né flessibile loro me l'hanno o tenuta buona per il giorno successivo, dandomi la stanza già alle 9 del mattino. Consigliato per viaggiatori indipendenti e digital nomads!

Der Besitzer ist wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit. Er gibt Tipps und ist lange wach geblieben weil ich so spät angereist bin. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig man hört keinen Verkehr und es ist eine authentische Nachbarschaft. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Zug in ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

Es ist sehr Basic aber alles total ok. Mir haben ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen im Zimmer gefehlt :)

Great value for money. The owner, the location, people and overall vibe is exceptional. You should definitely visit this place if you are on the budget, but seek authentic experience in Jakarta.

The showering experience is a bit "traditional". You will know when you see it. But no major complains for the price.

The homestay is super close to the station, which made getting around so easy. The place was very clean and tidy, and I felt comfortable right away. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they really made the experience even better. Thank you so much!

It is a calm, safe and traditional house with a lot of green and common areas, very nice people that are also artists, and a sense of community and wellbeing that made me feel comfortable and happy. The people was definitely the best part. It is very well connected to public transport, in a nice part of the city that is also very central, so I highly recommend if you want to dive in Indonesia’s hospitality.

The host was very welcoming and lovely! The bed was really comfortable, basic room but just what we needed. We definitely would come back and stay in this place again

No proper shower and the location was a little far from the main area but easy to book taxi from Grab or Gojek. The curtains in room can see through if people sit outside in the baloney so we were being cautious when we get change and get ready but overall, no issues!
