Can't comment really good or bad but overall can accepted for stay. We are also found the property main reason was nearby Jonker street and parking easy. Location and easy to get thru Jonker Street. Not sure lucky or not, booked for stay 1 night and that night got lots of motorbikes event so lucky we were stayed without window and not affect our sleeping. Toilet was clean, water heater need use middle or small numbers first only hot water came out. Parking easier to find just park beside the road infront of hotel. Opposite is a mall can go walk.

Honestly but no harm, just really last minute to find some budget the hotel for stay. Room inside might be few days no others guests check in to, so the room was stuffy, had been stuffy for a long time, and had a woody smell, like a store room. I found few small cockroach on tv, floor and blanket side. Luckily that night got bought some perfume to spray the room. We are staying 1 night and whole day outside so its okay and normal overnight for few hours. No internet line inside the room was very weak, Wifi sometimes was good but 1-2 a.m. midnight unable to used, not sure the reason or issue.

At city center..10minutes walk to jonker street... Easy to find restaurant..just right beside the hotel..ATM and bank just around the corner..at night many stall still open until midnite.. Staff very helpfull. Especially those 2 guys at receptions..had problem with parking apps but the staff help me to pay my parking fees...5⭐ to those guys.. Room are very clean comfortable and spacious... Wifi was good...

Parking..need to park at random MBMB parkjng for rm5 daily. No cloth hanger in the room...i had to put my. Cloth on the floor....a simple wall hanger will be great . TV only 2 channels..but its ok because wifi is good..

The cleanliness and tidiness.

Very rude staffs, doesn't know the details of room and also charging extra for no reason. The Supervisor /Manager addressing guest as 'Bro' and also showing racism as well. Great disappointment for the price paid.
