"Not recommened with the families, specially with infants and young kids."

The view at the time of morning

The cleaning of the apartment, the location as mentioned is not accurate, electricity breaker keeps tripping off and at the time of night with infant and young kids I had to survive in dark and in next morning breaker keeps tripping after every hour. You should ask someone to stay in the basement to keep switching on the breaker and also Internet was rubbish

"Exceptional"

Our stay at Balcone di Perledo was truly a pleasure! First of all, we were amazed by the incredible view of the lake and mountains – you can admire a breathtaking panorama right from the balcony. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, which made us feel at home. The location is excellent – close to the main attractions of the region, as well as shops and restaurants. Another big advantage is the peaceful surroundings, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Communication with the owner was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy. We definitely recommend Balcone di Perledo to anyone looking for a unique place with beautiful views over Lake Como!

"Pleasant"

Rooms are very cold. It was 5 of us and we have only 3 blankets. We made a call and nobody didn’t come and bring a blanket.

Excellent location, well furnished and maintained. Super clean and fantastic shower. The hosts couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful .

"Great view, poor apartment. Wouldn't recommend."

Fantastic view

Only 3 sockets worked. Struggled to do the ironing or hair drying, we have to hold the plug to be able to even dry our hair. The toilet flush broke, and we had to flush the toilet with water from a pot. When we asked where to put our rubbish we were told to keep them in the apartment for the cleaning company to collect when we leave. (we stayed 4 nights). Found a scary-looking creature in the apartment (looks like a scorpion). Photo attached.

"Worst property ever stayed in"

The view from Balcony

The property had no electric on arrival.Fridge was turned off so no cold water in and dark at night with kids on arrival. Most of the sockets were not working and no socket next to kettle and microwave. Felt it was a waste. Beds were not comfortable at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
