Location was great. We found it a nice 10 to 15 min walk along the river and through the park to Victory Square and onto the other squares. The room was spacious and the bathroom a good size. The shared kitchen/breakfast worked fine and there was enough variety for us.

The bathroom was beautifully upgraded but with old buildings there sometimes can be a drain odour and when we arrived the window was shut and it didn’t smell very good. But keeping the window (which had mosquito netting) open the smell disappeared.

Actually, we didn't get to stay here because of a problem at the border control. Still, the hosts were very helpful and informative beforehand and even tried to help us when we were in trouble at the border. This is really exemplary and more than we could expect. They seem like really great hosts.

We want to thank Adina and Onuț very much for providing this great stay for me, my mum and the dog. The rooms and the community area are beautifully stylisch and modern renovated, and even when it´s hot outside, they stay cool (very important for the dog). Breakfast is provided in the kitchen to self serve and the kitchen has everything one could possibly need. The location is great, a short walk to Piața Victoriei, all in the shade alongside Bega River but parking is much easier and big old tress keep the car cool. Adina provided many useful tipps and recommendations and was VERY caring to make sure all is fine and alright for us. Thank you so much for your exceptional effort! We definitely are coming back, and will recommend to friends and family for sure :)

The very only thing we missed a bit was something to put up the shower head - but maybe it was our fault and we just didn´t get the system ;) Should have asked on side when we met the hosts, but kept forgetting it. So not a real big thing obviously.

The place is clean and perfect for staying there for few days. The host is friendly and very helpful for any queries if they arise.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this apartment, and overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, they did not significantly impact my stay.The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed. The living area was cozy and had plenty of seating options for relaxation. The bedroom was comfortable, with a good quality mattress and soft bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and functional, providing all the necessary amenities. Close to the center, close to the Bega river promenade. Located in a quiet area. Beautiful location, high ceiling, tastefully decorated. Public transportation was within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. The communication with the hosts was prompt and friendly. They were responsive to my inquiries and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Additionally, they were helpful in offering recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

One aspect that didn't quite meet my expectations was the open kitchen concept. While the kitchen had everything neded, it did lack some privacy, especially during breakfast preparation. Another minor issue I encountered was the creaky doors. Although they were functional, the noise they made when opening and closing was a bit annoying. It would be beneficial if the doors were properly lubricated or maintained to minimize the noise.

The room was spacious, with a high ceiling, as shown in the photos. The (walk-in) shower room is nice and modern. The breakfast area (common for all 3 rooms) is nice, with 3 small tables and a corner sofa. You can make yourself tea/coffee or even cook and find something to eat in the fridge and in the storage boxes available. The parking is on the street but it is really easy, especially with a Timpark pass you can buy online (very cheap). The location is a bit away from the centre but we liked the quiet street and the walk to the centre, especially if you go over the pedestrian bridge (Podul de Fier), get a (really great!) coffee at Narativ Speciality Coffee and then go on through the central park :-) Timisoara was great, we really loved being in the city for the first time! The host, Adina, was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The room we stayed in (number 1) is adjacent to the entrance gate. The noise from the gate opening/closing is ok when people go through (it only opens half then) but much noisier when cars go through because of the mechanism installed. You can get used to it but it's still annoying, especially when it happens later in the night, given that the bed is on that wall (might be a good idea to move it to another wall...). Unfortunately, on the night before leaving a neighbour had a party with very annoying music (rave like with continuous beating) that went on till 6:30am! We could not sleep much. The hosts tried to get the guy to stop but after about an hour he put the music up again. Plus, the people at the party kept talking and making noises around the building which added to the overall discomfort, even when the music noise was lowered. It is not the fault of the hosts, of course, but it made the whole experience unpleasant and very tiring, especially as we needed to drive about 6 hours the next day.

When we arrived there was a strabge smell in the room. Only teh second dat the smell disspared.
