Kampoeng Villa Ubud

The room was spacious, bright, with a glass-roof bathroom that allowed plenty of natural light to flow in. The bed, pillows, and linen were really comfortable and high quality,. There was also a good selection of bathroom amenities, along with tea and coffee facilities. The large water jug, which was refilled daily, was appreciated, especially as there are limited shops nearby to purchase drinking water after dark. Breakfast had a good variety of set options and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always greeting you with a warm Balinese smile. I really enjoyed my stay and would return if I am in the area again

The curtains are excellent for maintaining privacy while still allowing natural light into the room during the day, which helps keep the space bright and airy but, at night they do let in some light from the surrounding buildings and pathway lighting. This was an issue in my room on the first night, as the light directly outside was quite bright. I mentioned it to the staff the following morning and they quickly sorted it out making the rest of my staymore comfortable. If you require complete darkness for sleeping, this property may not be the best choice due to the glass-roof bathroom and the light-coloured curtains, both of contribute to a brighter room and mould free environment which I loved. The road leading to the property is quite narrow, and some drivers dont like to travel up it. As a result, guests with mobility concerns, or those who prefer not to walk with luggage, might want to consider accommodation closer to town but, if you don't mind a short walk, you'll find the location, facilities, and staff good value for money.

The place is really nice with a garden and a small pond. That’s cute and relaxing. The room is clean and really spacious and equipped with TV, kettle… 5 minutes to Ubud Main Street. Quiet place even if you have some scooters of course. Staff is cool and reactive.

We had a room just behind the restaurant. So during the day we could hear the music from the restaurant. And then, the curtains are white and not obscutants. The separation between the room and the bathroom is a transparent curtain too. If you need a rest during the day it’s quiet annoying because you can’t be in the darkness, and in the morning light showing up in the room when dawn is coming. For the breakfast opening at 8am, we were « ready » at 8. But nobody was there. But the staff told us they were on the way. So we had to wait and we were served at 8:30. Happened 2 times not three because maybe we were more people in the home stay. And finally sometimes we were like alone in the home stay. It can be good but we didn’t feel like there is someone available on site in case.

Ліжко дуже зручне, все було чисто, персонал фантастично дружелюбний і відкритий 🤍 В оплату входять сніданки — дуже базові, але я перебувала 2 дні і 2 дні навіть невелика порція мене дуже насищала. Навкруги знаходяться інші маленькі домівочки цього комплексу, але це ніяк не заважає, якщо ви в Убуді недовго і вам непотрібна супер приватність на території біля дому. Великі вікна виходять на маленький сад, з вікна красиво і зелено. Житло в центрі, тож до всього дістатись пішки чи на байку супер близько і зручно, а з самого помешкання не чути ніяких звуків дороги - в кімнаті і біля дому тихо ✨
