Lydia's Apartments

Appartamento meraviglioso, tutto nuovo, arredato con gusto, pulizia impeccabile. Posizione ottima, si arriva sul lungomare con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Parcheggio privato sotto l’appartamento. Ogni 2-3 giorni (non ricordo) puliscono l’appartamento e cambiano la biancheria. Appartamento in una palazzina nuova con ascensore.

Niente tutto perfetto.

Our ferry from Kythira was arriving really late (11pm), but I let the host know and she arranged a taxi for us from the port (if you do the same, be warned though that it will cost around 15 euros!!!). Check-in was quick and easy via a key box. Apartment was spacious and clean - much bigger than we needed for just one night, but there wasn't much available within our budget when we booked. So this place is great value for money for what you get. It's not right in town, but still only 800 meres from the coast, and even less to shops, cafes and restaurants.

- Saubere moderne Ferienwohnung -Super bequeme betten -in jedem Raum Klimaanlage ohne extra kosten -überall Fliegengitter ( kann also Balkontüren offen lassen. -Küche mit guter Ausstattung -ruhige Lage -schöne Balkone mit bequemer Sitzmöglichkeit -Toilette Spült runter diesen Urlaub mal keine Probleme ( natürlich das Papier nicht in die Toilette) -Dusche schön Groß und funktionstüchtig -alle Räume konnten abgedunkelt werden -Parkplätze kostenlos und direkt vor der Türe -Schlüssel über- und Abgabe unkompliziert, super erklärend über Schlüsselbox mit code am Eingang - es wird alle paar Tage geputzt

Vom Abfluss im Bad/Toilette kam manchmal ein nicht so angenehmer Duft aber uns hat es nicht zu sehr gestört, wir wissen ja wie es in vielem Ländern so ist… manchmal Nachts Hunde Gebell aber dann einfach Türen schließen und Klima an.

Very well maintained, clean, comfortable. Close to city and beach but far enough to be surrounded only by natural voices during the night, no car noise :)

Only disadvantage was the drainage system smell, but i can imagine host is aware of it and it might be general systemic problem in Kissamos rather than building issue

L'appartamento è nuovo, molto pulito, non manca niente. Non c"è la lavatrice, ma se chiedi alla signora ti fa la lavatrice e ti riporta le cose lavate in appartamento senza chiedere niente. La posizione è centralissima per visitare tutte le spiagge più belle nel raggio di 20-30 minuti. Ottimo.
