フルリフォームされていて、とても綺麗で快適です！タオルのご用意もあり、様々な設備が備わっているのでおすすめです。また不明な点をうかがった際も丁寧にご対応いただき、安心して滞在できました。

箱根湯本駅から少し歩きますが、逆にそれしか良くない点がないほど、良い宿です！

Accesible desde la estación. Alojamiento muy muy limpio además de cómodo. Estuvimos poco tiempo pero la cocina tenía todo tipo de facilidades para hacernos la estancia más amena. Sin duda volvería a repetir en este alojamiento.

建物は新しくないがリノベーションされており、孫たちも気に入ったみたいです。ホテルと違い、子供が少しはしゃいでも気を遣わなくても良かったので、ゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。

建物が古いので、リビングのドアの建て付けが悪く閉まりにくかったが、経年劣化なので仕方ないかな。

No slippers, and they asked us to take off our shoes The furniture was dirty, stained, and broken, and in general, it was not clean

In general it’s a good value for money but we had a few problems with the stay- Less than an hour before checking in we still haven’t received any information whatsoever about the code for the key to the apartment, we tried to contact the owner for a week prior to our arrival and he didn’t respond. We ended up arriving at the apartment and by a miracle one of the cleaning staff were there and let us in. The apartment is pretty much torn apart, broken blinds, tv stand is broken as well etc. The location is good though and it’s big compared to Japan.

- The house is spacious - Upon arrival, the house was clean and tidy, no issues in terms of cleanliness - The amenities provided were very helpful - During the day, the view of the area is beautiful - The neighbour is quite calm and quiet

- It is a long walk from the station, the surrounding the area does not have much offer besides a nice view of mountains. - Be aware at night, for the area is very dark and my friends and I did feel anxious walking back to the accomodation. - I found the host to be not as active in terms of communication, I found myself needing to continuously message first about booking confirmation and check-in instructions.
