GBThe location was spot on, a less than 5 minute walk from the centre. The bedrooms were nice, as was the bathroom

GBGBLocation is perfect, only a few minutes walk into Holmfirth. The house is beautiful, really well presented, super clean and with everything you need. Loved the little touches, the light bulbs in the oft room, extra pillows provided, salt pepper and oil in the kitchen, extra plus sockets in the bedrooms and the lovely seating areas at the rear
Only top floor (with steep steps) has a double bed Car park opposite is pay and display at £6.50 per day and can’t be paid in bulk so need to get up and over the road for a new ticket by 8am on a morning (can pay on contactless at the machine though)

Lack kitchen roll which I would expect to be provided Only two tea towels which was not enough No blinds in kitchen so felt exposed at night as neighbours have access across back of property Bathmat unsafe as slippery on tiles ( no backing on mat) Other rentals in area we consider often provided a welcome pack - we had nothing on arrival which was disappointing.

I was a bit disappointed at the fact there was no freezer, but it didn't affect our overall stay
GBCommunication with the host was good. The cottage was very modern spacious clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. It was only a 2 minute walk into the town centre, plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.
