The staff was slow in processing the checkin and checkout. Also, the staff asked to check the room before proceeding with the checkout which i see it’s disrespectful taking into consideration there’re no mini bar

There is no privacy, they do not provide anything inside the room, only water, there is no towel, and the room is cold
