1.- THE BATHROOM: 1.1: Very precarious cleaning of bathroom and shower. 1.2.- Problems with the drainage of the toilet and shower, every time the toilet of the room was used as well as drainage of the neighbors this caused the wastewater from the shower and toilet to be returned, produced a lot of noise and a terrible smell of sewer in addition to the poor ventilation of the bathroom caused the smell to get into the room. 1.3.- The towels smell musty and we found in all many hair (unacceptable). 1.4.- The toilet lid is loose on one side. 1.5.- The hot water in the shower is enough for one person. 2.- THE ROOM, 2.1.- It always smells like moisture when you enter and it is very cold, the heater does not heat enough. 2.2.- The cleaning leaves much to be desired, you see a large stain on the bedside wall of the use of several customers. 2.3.- The sheets do not smell clean and seemed to be somewhat wet. 3.0 The owner told us we could park in the plaza and that in the mornings we only had to pay after 8 am. This turned out to be a lie; the plaza's parking lot is reserved at certain times only for market owners, starting at 7 am. That's why the police had given me a ticket. We booked for 4 nights but we couldn't stand one more night in this place so we told the owner and left on the first night to other hotel, he didn't even apologize then he blocked me and told Booking I never arrived at the location so I couldn't get a refund! I've been using this app for quite awhile and this has never happened to me before, its a shame !

The room was clean and comfortable for a last minute one night stay. The owner was very helpful and replied to all my queries immediately. Instructions given on how to enter the apartment were clear
