The host changed the room at last minutes and consequently gave my room to other guest. Disappointed, we made the booking 3 weeks earlier. And it is more disappointed, we could only communicated to host via whatsap as the host n team are deaf. I do not have problem with this, however it tend to have so much miscommunication between us as we could only communicated via whatsap and replied also slow. We requested to meet the host as it may be easier to communicate, however the host refused to meet. We booked for 2 rooms apartment, finally, they gave us 1 room apartment and refunded my money half (minus the tax, i still have to pay tax for 2 rooms apartment cost). As we were so tired, i just took the 1 room apartment and book another place at hotel for my son.

The check in was easy but was not flexible. The owner/manager was strict about the check in time and cannot check in earlier. The location is very good. The unit was spacious.

The host is not so friendly and can only be reached via whatsapp; not calls. The premise was not clean, dusty and there were stains on the torn rug, cushions, and sofa. My daughter even found a nail on the sofa. The sink was holding water. The TV could not connect to wi-fi and i had to use my own mobile hotspot for 4 days. The bathroom was smelly.

It was unclean and they didn’t even have a few bottles of water in the room I wouldn’t stay here longer than a day. There’s bad odor in the bathroom and generally wear and tear and dirt everywhere
