I booked the room at 1am, and had to wait for almost 2 hours because the owner didnt reply whatsapp before i find other hotel to stay at almost 3am because he didnt reply the whatsapp. And my money got burned the next day. This is extremely cruel. I didnt get to stay in the room and my money got burned. I want my money back
