Het is een mooie omgeving met dichtbij een supermarkt.

Het appartement zou toegankelijk moeten zijn. Dat was het absoluut niet. De geimproviseerde oprijplaat brak meteen en was niet bruikbaar. Twee flinke drempels om binnen te komen en een opstap naar de badkamer/ toilet.l De keuken was minimaal gefaciliteerd. 1 pan zonder deksel, 1 kleine koekenpan, 1 theelepel, weinig bestek. WiFi werkte niet, beheerster sprak alleen Italiaans.
