The electrical power was very poor. The kitchen furnishings were very badly designed. The small kettle smelled. The coffee machine was temperamental . Some of the French window shutters refused to open. Kitchen surfaces covered in plastic ! Kitchen cupboards difficult to open and close.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's place. Maria was so very kind and hospitable. She met us in person, showed us around the apartment, and gave us tips on the area. She is nearby and available for any questions. She kindly allowed us a late check out to accommodate our train schedule. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need. The beds were comfy, and the location is very quiet for a good nights sleep. The location is convenient to the train station but a short walk to the old town. Big grocery store next door and amazing cheese shop/producer downstairs (you can take a tour, just ask!) We enjoyed meeting Maria and loved Martina Franca.

One of the best stays we’ve had! the apartment is huge, more than enough for 3 people. The host thought of everything, there were all the amenities included, even a hair straightener! And the host was so kind! 10/10 experience!

everything was perfect!

big, clean, modern and comfortable apartment with free garage space. very Italian with lots of stone and marble, feels a bit cold in the winter, but has a great heating system. big bedroom with comfortable bed and huge bathroom

kitchen could be a bit better equipped. there is no view to anywhere really, right next to the railway station, there is some kind of constant humming outside. but good soundproof windows. can hear the neighbors.

Very upmarket and stylish. Modern stylish decor. Immaculate condition. Very large apartment, with huge bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable and well provisioned. Very close to the Railway Station, which suited us well It is a bit of a walk up uphill to the historic centre.
